I am a 55 year old retired police Inspector and after having watched The Great British Sewing Bee I always fancied giving it a go. Booked a joint starter lesson with my wife and within minutes was hooked! Emma is so friendly and explains things so well. Thoroughly recommend Emma for any complete beginner, it’s great fun.

BOOKING

If you are brand new to using a sewing machine I recommend booking a 'Basic Introduction Class' first of all and if you have used a machine before but not for a long time, I would recommend booking a 'Basic Refresher Class' for your first session. Once you are fairly familiar with and comfortable with using a sewing machine you can book my 'Beginner Classes'. My Individual sewing classes can be booked as a one off, as a regular weekly/monthly session, or lots of sessions over a short space of time; the idea is to be as flexible as possible and to fit around your life, your learning pace and what your are trying to achieve with your sewing.

Payment in full is required up front to confirm your booking. Once you have emailed me to request a booking you will receive an email with payment instructions. When payment is received you will receive an email with further details and you will be asked to complete a short form with some basic details about yourself and your sewing objectives.
