Free craft event

Saturday 3rd November 2018 at Gorleston Library, Norfolk

This is the 3rd family friendly craft event that Stitch Me Happy has been asked to host at Gorleston Library - and I am very happy that again it is going to be FREE!

The event will be held in at the fantastic Gorleston Library, Norfolk and will take place on Saturday 3rd November 2018 - 10:00 until 13:00.

The event is generously funded by the Gorleston Library Friends, who will be running a refreshment stand at the event with very reasonably priced drinks and snacks.

There will be fun interactive poppy themed craft activities for ages 0-10 including a fabric sensory tray for babies and toddlers, colour in and add a stitched border to a poppy picture, make a felt poppy on a stick, and colour in and put together your own poppy bunting. I will also have a Stitch Me Happy stall selling some of my products at special prices including my new range of Children’s Craft Sets.

You don't need to book or get tickets; just turn up on the day. Feel free to pop by for a cuppa and some colouring or stay for the whole session and try all of the activities!

There will be other activities going on within the library including talks and poppy themed handcrafted items for sale. Don't forget the Library has a fantastic selection of craft books that you can browse and borrow perfect to take home and carry on crafting!
